With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

This is my 2nd, the first lasted 15 years
The filter is excellent and so is there service. Either I, or they, made a mistake and sent
the under-the-sink model. I called them and they instantly mailed out the counter-top model.
Had I not returned the first filter, they would have charged me, but I was very impressed
with their service. I seldom need to replace the internal filter, it cleans well & last a long time.
I would recommend this to anyone.
