I tried several shower filters to find one that actually takes all the chlorine out of the water. I tested three shower filters and this one shows no trace of chlorine and produces a high pH level. One of two other filters I tried was the Chrystal Quest with shower head, which was a piece of junk and I returned it; virtually no change in chlorine removal. The other was a shower filter by Sprite from Lowes and it worked fairly well, but it did not take out all chlorine. After bathing in the Chanson Shower Filter water my skin feels so soft. I have a vintage bath and hooked the Chanson to the handheld hose and it worked amazing! I'm going to buy one for our showers and when the kids take a bath they can fill it up using the shower head.
